Sharing the unfinished
In the same spirit as the previous highlight Tim Casasola elaborates on the idea of sharing unfinished work. I agree with Tim, there is so much more opportunities to grow and learn when you share early on in the process. But what makes it so difficult for us to share unfinished work? As Tim explains: « My longing to be seen as valuable makes my work less valuable. ». We pay so much attention on how we will be seen that we end up creating situations where we can’t express our full potential.
