If you’re sad, traveling won’t immediately change that feeling. Unfortunately feelings can follow you across the world. Hopefully a change of scenery can change your perspective. It’s always worth a try.

It's in you
The solution to your problem lies in you alone. Don’t do things to fill an unidentified gap but do it as an opportunity to get to know yourself better. Rather than buying something for the sake of owning it, invest in something to help you grow or discover something new. Rather than travelling to a sunny place to forget about your problems, use this trip to change your scenery and find a new perspective. Discover your true self is hard and tedious but it’s the first step to start digging into the root cause of your feelings.
